Reporting to the Head of Legal, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for providing advice on corporate governance matters and supporting the Board of Directors and Committees, including the preparation for Board and Committee meetings, preparing, managing and implementing corporate governance and related policies, as well as preparing, managing and implementing corporate policies.
