The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various legal documents, such as sale agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, loan agreements, and other commercial contracts, as well as providing expert legal advice and services on the establishment, administration, restructuring and dissolution of companies. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, who are full members of the Cyprus Bar Association. You should possess approximately 3+ years of post-qualification experience, with specific experience in Corporate and/or Shipping Law considered highly desirable.
