CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established Corporate Services provider, offering clients a wide range of services including Legal & Tax advisory, International Tax Planning and Company Incorporations, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Junior Corporate Lawyer, you will assist with the drafting and reviewing legal documents, including Powers of Attorney, Resolutions, Memorandums, and Agreements. As part of your role, you will also prepare and maintain corporate documents, including board minutes, and shareholder agreements. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, and members of the Cyprus Bar Association are encouraged to apply. You will ideally hold 1+ year of experience in Corporate Law, or another closely related position, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including Powers of Attorney, Resolutions, Memorandums, and Agreements.
  • Prepare and maintain corporate documents, including board minutes, and shareholder agreements.
  • Administration of a portfolio of companies.
  • Liaise with clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective and smooth communication.
  • Any other general administration tasks as required by Management.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
  • Members of the Cyprus Bar Association are encouraged to apply.
  • Ideally 1+ year of experience in a relevant position in Corporate Law.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.
  • Any knowledge of Russian will be considered a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a proactive, client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
