As a Senior Associate Lawyer, you will support clients with complex regulator matters, including regulatory compliance, migration, and employment related advisory work. The role combines technical legal expertise with client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced working environment. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law from a well-respected University, who are full members of the Cyprus Bar Association. You will need to possess 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Provide legal advice on regulatory, employment, immigration and IP related matters.
  • Interpret and apply relevant legislation, regulations, policy guidance, and case law.
  • Monitor legislative and policy changes and advise clients.
  • Manage clients with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate complex legal issues clearly and professionally.
  • Liaise with government bodies on behalf of clients.
  • Work collaboratively with Partners, and lawyers.
  • Participate in training, knowledge-sharing, and professional development activities.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An LLB from a well-respected University.
  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant regulatory/migration/employment related legal role is essential.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic team player.
