CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Financial Technology solutions, we are seeking to recruit a Partnerships Manager to join their growing team based in Paphos. As a Partnerships Manager, your role will involve creating fresh business prospects through the identification, qualification, and promotion of services to both current and potential clients. In addition, you will play a vital part in nurturing connections with key accounts, negotiating contracts, and achieving designated sales objectives. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 2+ years of proven B2B sales and business development experience, ideally gained working in the Fintech and/or Payments industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Build professional relationships and expand networks.
  • Locate potential partnership opportunities.
  • Contact prospects, present collaboration proposals.
  • Schedule and lead meetings, assess partnership fit.
  • Nurture leads, finalize partnership agreements.
  • Manage approvals and documentation.
  • Enhance existing relationships, propose expansions.
  • Ensure partners receive exceptional service and support.
  • Attend events, stay updated on trends.
  • Contribute to process improvements and team efforts.

 Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Demonstrated success with 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proficiency in outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Comprehensive grasp of the complete sales process.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Any other language is a plus.
  • Motivated and resilient in high-paced, competitive settings.
  • Strong ambition, determined to evolve with the company.
  • Capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, driven to deliver tangible outcomes.
