The successful applicant will manage complex advertising funnels for the company, including lead generation via Meta, Google Ads, DSPs, and other paid platforms. You will take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns aligned with the company's goals. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Digital Media, or another related field, who possess proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Meta and Google Ads with deep understanding of conversion tracking, tags, pixels, and event setup. Experience with lead generation, performance funnels, and automation tools as well as familiarity with DSP platforms and retargeting strategies is essential. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Display Networks.
  • Manage lead generation funnels with advanced audience targeting and A/B testing.
  • Implement and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager and integrate analytics platforms.
  • Utilize DSPs for programmatic media buying and retargeting strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS) and optimize accordingly.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure engaging ad creatives are delivered.
  • Develop campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align acquisition strategy.
  • Stay current with ad platform updates, privacy changes, and algorithm shifts.
  • Participate in weekly team strategy calls and planning sessions.
  • Maintain documentation and internal reports for assigned tasks.
  • Provide training or guidance to junior team members when needed.
  • Actively communicate progress, blockers, and improvements.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, content, or product improvements.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, tags, pixels, and event setup.
  • Experience with lead generation, performance funnels, and automation tools.
