Customer Success Associate
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Cloud-native software solutions company with expanding operations in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Success Associate to join their growing team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in customer onboarding and training, as well as service-desk incident tracking, helping to ensure fast and high quality resolutions. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in either a Technology or Business-related subject, who are familiar with SaaS and Cloud Technology concepts, with strong knowledge of tools including MS Excel and Google Sheets. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Customer
onboarding and training, ensuring they understand how to use software and
get the expected value.
- Communicate
and engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Service
Desk incident tracking and coordinating with technical team for fast and
high quality resolutions.
- Monitor
the usage and performance of our solutions by our customers and
proactively identify issues or areas of improvement.
- Continuous
personal development, expanding skills and knowledge.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Technology
or Business related degree.
- Familiar
with SaaS and Cloud Technology concepts.
- Excellent
use of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge
of BI tools (Tableau, Google Looker, PowerBI, etc) will be considered a
major plus.
- Familiarity
with Help Desk Systems (Jira ServiceDesk, ZenDesk, etc).
- CRM
systems awareness.
- Basic
SQL or database querying knowledge.
