The successful applicant will play a key role assisting with the smooth running of the company from an administrative perspective, including case and file management (physical and electronic) as well as arranging meetings and scheduling appointments. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar, with any prior experience within a similar secretarial role considered a strong advantage, although junior-level applicants are welcome to apply. Strong organisational, administration and time management skills are a must, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a competitive base salary, Provident Fund, Medical Insurance, and Friday afternoon’s off.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • General administration.
  • Case and file management, both physical and electronic.
  • Internal and external communication and correspondence management.
  • Arranging meetings/conferences and scheduling interviews/appointments.
  • Providing secretarial support as required.
  • Assisting with Corporate submission & administration.
  • Miscellaneous job-related duties.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or previous experience within a similar secretarial role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek languages both verbal and written.
  • Typing skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential.
  • Interpersonal and communicational skills.
  • Polite and pleasant personality.
