CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Group of Companies on a mission to make digital environments more inclusive and accessible for everyone, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Account Manager to help drive adoption of their cutting-edge accessibility software. Based in Limassol, the successful applicant will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market companies. You will play a key role in driving revenue by promoting accessibility solutions that help organizations meet compliance standards, while also improving digital inclusivity. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant business-related field, who possess approximately 1+ year of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or accessibility/compliance-related software, with a proven track record of meeting and ideally exceeding sales targets. A strong understanding of digital accessibility, ADA compliance, or willingness to become an expert quickly is essential. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in assigned territories or verticals.
  • Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of accessibility software to business stakeholders, including executives, IT teams, and legal departments.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve the customer journey.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, compliance regulations, and competitive landscape.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • A University Degree in a Sales, Business Development and/or Management or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably (but not mandatory) in SaaS or accessibility/compliance-related software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital accessibility, ADA compliance, or willingness to become an expert quickly.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) to manage sales pipeline and reporting.
