Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
• Raise, process, reconcile and confirm inter-company invoices.
• Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/year-end accounts, statutory accounts
• Update financial date in databases to ensure information will be accurate and available when needed.
• Assist with other financial accounting projects.
• Assistance with budgeting and forecasting activities for the various entities.
• Any other duties as required.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Ideally educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Holders of the ACA or ACCA qualification are encouraged to apply, although this is not essential.
• Previous experience working in a similar accounting role is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly numeric with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver a high standard or work within agreed timeframes.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
