The successful applicant should possess a minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a similar Customer Support role and be able and willing to work on rotational shift patterns, although no night shifts apply. The shift patterns are from 07:00 to 15:00 and/or from 15:00 to 23:00, with double pay offered for working on Public Holidays. Our client offers a competitive basic salary, plus a 13th salary.
