CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Group of Companies with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an HR System Coordinator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. Working alongside the HR Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support in respect of the HR Information System as well as coordinating project tasks to ensure team resources are efficiently allocated, together with monitoring and updating project milestones, risks, logs and paperwork. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and possess proven experience working with HR systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential and any additional language skills will be considered a plus. Our client offers hybrid working conditions for this role.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for providing administrative support in respect of the HR Information System.
  • Coordinating project tasks to ensure team resources are efficiently allocated, together with monitoring and updating project milestones, risks, logs and paperwork.
  • Support the HR Manager with running system reports, auditing data, assigning system tasks, implementation of system training materials, arranging meetings, taking minutes, preparing agendas and presentations.
  • HR System implementation, including backend reporting for global offices.
  • Liaising and coordination with international offices.
  • Taking minutes of meetings.
  • Handling HR administration tasks including provident and life insurance.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Educated to degree level in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Extensive experience of working with a HR system and knowledge of HR practices. 
  • Experience of implementing an HR system is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience of coordinating projects and managing project paperwork.
  • Excellent command of English both oral and written; any other EU languages including Greek considered advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral with excellent attention to detail.
  • IT literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Use of PowerBI would be advantageous.
  • Positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to change.
