CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an International Business Coordinator to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will assist and support the efforts of the Business Development & Partnership Teams including preparing various reports and maintaining records of sales targets and performance. Previous experience working in the Financial Markets is highly desirable as well as strong analytical skills, including proficiency with MS Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare any relevant weekly/monthly/yearly reports.
  • Maintain records about the sales targets and outcomes.
  • Assist and support the effort of the Business Development and Partnership team.
  • Manage daily tasks of the department in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage tasks via our internal ticketing system.
  • Carry out background research and presenting findings.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Business Development and Partnership Team.
  • Take ownership our tasks and projects assigned by the Business Development and Partnership Managers.
  • Daily monitoring procedures of Business Development and Partnership Department.
  • Communicate with other departments to solve requests from Business Development and Partnership Managers.
  • Preparing daily, monthly or quarterly reports of the department.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Knowledge of Financial Markets will be considered as an advantage.
  • High fluency in English language both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive and take the initiative.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Power Bi will be considered as an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to multitask.
