Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare
any relevant weekly/monthly/yearly reports.
- Maintain
records about the sales targets and outcomes.
- Assist
and support the effort of the Business Development and Partnership team.
- Manage
daily tasks of the department in a timely manner.
- Monitor
and manage tasks via our internal ticketing system.
- Carry
out background research and presenting findings.
- Any ad
hoc duties assigned by the Business Development and Partnership Team.
- Take
ownership our tasks and projects assigned by the Business Development and
Partnership Managers.
- Daily
monitoring procedures of Business Development and Partnership Department.
- Communicate
with other departments to solve requests from Business Development and
Partnership Managers.
- Preparing
daily, monthly or quarterly reports of the department.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge
of Financial Markets will be considered as an advantage.
- High
fluency in English language both verbal and written.
- Excellent
communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive
and take the initiative.
- Good
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge
of Power Bi will be considered as an advantage.
- Attention
to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Ability
to multitask.
