CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding provider of Audit & Accounting services to both local and international clients, we are seeking to recruit an HR Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will oversee the entire HR function for our client, including Talent Acquisition, Policy & Procedure, Employee Relations & Training. You should hold an academic background in Human Resources or a related field and possess approximately 5+ years of proven experience within a relevant HR related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek & English are a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy (e.g., job descriptions, job posting, CV scanning, Interviewing, vetting candidates).
  • Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures.
  • Manage and implement the onboarding and off-boarding process.
  • Plan, coordinate and implement training programs for the personnel.
  • Identify the training needs of employees and draft the yearly training plan.
  • Draw up plans for productivity improvements.
  • Manage and implement the performance evaluation and rewards system.
  • Research for best practices and make suggestions for strengthening the team spirit of the organization.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations with dignity.
  • Draft reports and analyse data on time-attendance, annual leaves, training, etc…
  • Plan and coordinate corporate parties and employee wellness activities.
  • Maintain employee records and paperwork.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant HR experience is essential.  
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, policies and procedures.
  • Strong ethical standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Organizational skills and time management.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • IT literate.
