Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop,
design, and provide reports, such as regular usage and sanctions, as
needed by the Group.
- Produce
suitable policies and procedures in connection with the database and IT
systems.
- Ensure
all system controls are never compromised by system updates.
- Perform
data corrections available with the system table tools.
- Receive
training from external developers to understand new system features and
their purpose in order to share experience with users and produce reports
required from the data accumulated via new system features.
- Test
existing features to ensure all are working as expected.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Ideally
educated to degree level in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent
understanding of database design and experience with Transact-SQL.
- A
programming background is desirable.
- Working
knowledge of networks and network security.
- Excellent
organisational skills.
- Outstanding
communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Working
to challenging timeframes in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong
attention to detail whilst being able to prioritise your workload
effectively.
