Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop
the marketing strategies and campaigns that support the Company’s product.
- Work
closely with the sports betting product teams to lead the development of a
yearlong marketing strategy plan that drives bettors to Company’s
platforms.
- Work
closely with the external advertising agency in developing the positioning
and creative campaigns that launch and support the brand.
- Experiment
with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content
creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management,
publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting,
performance analysis.
- Build
strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies
and vendors.
- Prepare
and monitor the marketing budget on an annual basis and allocate funds
wisely.
- Oversee
and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy
brochures and case studies.
- Measure
and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and
assess against goals.
- Manage
and coordinate marketing and creative staff.
- Run
marketing campaigns by CRM.
- Work
with the Business Intelligence team for data analysis conclusions.
- Understand
and follow the regulatory framework of the National Betting Authority in
regards to advertising.
- Get
involved in the Company’s CSR program.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Educated
to degree level in Marketing or a related field.
- Approximately
5+ years of proven experience working in a similar role.
- Proven
experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and
leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and
motivate.
- Understand
a wide range of digital marketing methodologies.
- Previous
marketing experience within the Online Gambling and/or Sport Betting
industry is highly desirable.
- Able to
review and approve content before publishing.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills in both Greek & English is
essential.
- Dynamic
personality with quick decision making which drives the team constantly
forward.
- Able to
delegate tasks, coordinate projects and deliver on deadlines.
- Motivated
and inspiring.
