B2B Sales Specialist (German-Speaking)

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international provider of cutting-edge Cyber Security & Ransomware solutions, we are seeking to recruit a German-Speaking BSB Sales Specialist to join their growing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and generating new business development opportunities within the Cyber Security market, from initial consultation with prosects through to closing the sale and signing contracts to onboard new clients. You will need to possess a minimum of 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the IT and/or SaaS industries and be fluent in both German & English. Our client offers fully remote working conditions to the successful applicant based in either Cyprus or any other country with a European Timezone.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Actively approach targeted business clients from ‘warm’ leads (no cold calling).
  • Conduct initial meetings with prospects, typically via phone or online meetings.
  • Put together sales proposals and negotiate terms with new clients.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients where necessary.
  • Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.).

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in an online service company, IT, SaaS or other related fields).
  • Fluency in both German & English is a must.
  • Persuasive, empathetic, articulate with great people skills.
  • Confident in presenting to high-level executives.
  • Have an affinity for IT and are basically familiar with IT systems in companies (or are willing to learn them).
  • Are familiar with (or willing to learn) online platforms: Zoho CRM, Office 365, Slack, Zoom, Asana, etc…
  • Willing to educate yourself on cyber security trends with a focus on ransomware.
  • Previous experience working remotely will be considered an advantage.
