CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a regulated Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an HR Administrator (Arabic-Speaker) to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful applicant will play a key role in the smooth running of our clients’ HR function, including actively participating in the recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, updating recruitment records, arranging interviews, receiving and providing interview feedback as well as creating, maintaining and organizing employee records and ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date. A bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field will be considered an advantage and you will need to possess a minimum of 1+ year of previous experience within a similar role. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential and any previous experience working in the Forex industry will be considered a plus.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Actively participate in the recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, updating the recruitment records, arranging interviews, receiving and providing interview feedback, etc…
  • Create, maintain, and organize employee records and ensure that the documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure holiday/sickness/absence records for all employees are recorded in the internal system and kept up to date, with records maintained in personal files.
  • Assist the Management with Annual Performance review process, including scheduling reviews, managing the database and production of communications to employees.
  • Organize weekly discussions with employees, obtaining the feedback.
  • Prepare the satisfaction survey, arrange the happy hours and any related administrative work.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  • At least 1+ year of previous working experience in a similar role, ideally within the FX industry.
  • Good knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work as part of the team.
  • Attention to detail and target oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work freely in Cyprus (No Work Permits).
