Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide
support to the company’s Top Management including travelling and other
arrangements.
- Responsible
for maintaining day to day administrative support for the office.
- Answering
all company calls and taking messages.
- Arranging
appointments/meetings and maintaining calendar.
- Front-desk
activities
- Performing
general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing,
and filing.
- Ordering
stationery and any other office supplies to ensure smooth operation of the
office.
Key Skills/Experience:
- An
academic background relating to Business Administration and/or Secretarial
Studies will be considered an advantage.
- Approximately
2-3+ years of previous experience within a similar administrative role is
a must.
- Strong
knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency
in English is essential as well as knowledge of Greek and/or Russian.
- Strong
organization and communication skills.
- Excellent
attention to detail.
- Motivated,
committed and disciplined.
- Capable
of multi-tasking.
