The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for supporting senior members of the Leadership Team as well as providing general administrative support to a busy office as required. You will possess extensive, previous experience within a similar, senior-level administrative role and possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. This represents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant to join a growing, international company with a healthy and vibrant working environment.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide Executive PA support to two Senior Executives.
  • Full and extensive diary and travel management across international time zones.
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
  • Collating documents for meetings and travel and ensuring all the relevant information is to hand.
  • Managing business communications including compiling and handling confidential documentation.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Following up on decisions made in meetings and ensuring the decisions are enacted by the relevant third party.
  • General Office Management duties as required by Management.

 Key Skills/Experience:

  • Ideally educated in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field.
  • Extensive, previous experience within a similar role is essential.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highest level of integrity and professional discretion at all times.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and positive demeanour in all interactions and ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
