CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Financial Technology companies with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an Executive Administrator (Russian-Speaking) to join their team. The successful applicant will play a key role overseeing the smooth running of the office here in Cyprus, as well as providing secretarial support to the CEO and other Senior Managers within the company. You should therefore hold a approximately 3-5+ years of previous experience within a similar, senior-level administrative role, working within a fast-paced, demanding environment. Fluency in Russian & English is a must and knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage. The successful applicant will from time-to-time be required to work outside of standard working hours to meet the demands of the business.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
  • Provide support to the CEO, Operations manager and other Senior Managers.
  • Provide full travel-related support.
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
  • Liaising with any suppliers or external partners of the company.
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the CEO and Managers may require.
  • Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
  • Assist the CEO in all day–to-day business and personal activities.
  • Running errands.
  • Maintain the CEO’s calendar and daily schedule by arranging appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
  • Dealing with correspondence and composing correspondence.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-5+ years of work experience in an Administration, Office Management and/or PA role.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Must be a self-starter and driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
  • Fluency in Russian & English is a must; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
