Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Play a key role developing full stack applications that showcase our client’s platform engineering solutions.
• Build robust cloud-native applications using a JVM stack, Spring Boot and databases (Postgres, BigQuery).
• Develop intuitive user interfaces and dashboards using React with TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Good understanding of computer science fundamentals and the Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• Solid experience building production-grade Backend systems using Java and its ecosystem (Spring Boot, JDBC, Gradle).
• Good understanding of web Front End technology and best practices.
• Experience with TypeScript and React is particularly valued.
• Good understanding of SQL, database queries, schema changes.
• Experience building and deploying Cloud-native applications using modern CI/CD and testing strategies.
• Ability to convert a mockup or concept into a great UI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
