CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Online Media & Marketing services predominantly to the iGaming sector, we are seeking to recruit a Reconciliation Specialist to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Reconciliation Specialist, you will handle duties including billing, and carrying out reconciliations between PSPs, Banks, and other providers. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other closely related fields, who possess approximately 3+ years of experience gained working in a relevant position. Experience with reconciliation tasks in either the iGaming, Online Casino, and/or Forex industries is essential, and holders of the LCCI Higher accounting certification are encouraged to apply. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Perform weekly and monthly accounting tasks and reconciliations of various account transactions.
  • Perform verification of input documentation from multiple sources.
  • Process, verify and reconcile high volume transactions of a complex nature.
  • Maintain appropriate files, working papers, reports and documentation of data.
  • Identify and investigate unreconciled transactions and provide solutions.
  • Communicate observations on internal and external errors and provide practical solutions.
  • Adapt to constant changes and improve on current existing procedures to keep track of reconciliation.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and support managers as needed.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Holders of LCCI Level Higher are encouraged to apply.
  • Approximately 3-4 years of previous experience, preferably in a finance position.
  • Experience with reconciliation tasks, in the iGaming/Forex industries is a must.
  • A high degree of accuracy with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, to manage priority and to meet deadlines.
  • Be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Fluent in English.
