Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assisting
in all aspects of personal insolvency engagements.
- Liaising
with clients' creditors with a view to achieving debt restructuring
solutions.
- Dealing
with all aspects of transferring ownership of debtors' properties to
creditors.
- Becoming
familiar with insolvency law and other relevant legislation.
- Liaising
with clients, lawyers and financial professionals as required.
- Assisting
in identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Reporting
to lending institutions.
- Various
other duties for the insolvency team as required.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Holder
of a Degree from a well respected University within a relevant field
(Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration etc…).
- Holder
or working towards the ACCA/ACA Qualification or a Qualified Lawyer and/or
a holder of an MBA.
- Previous
experience within a similar insolvency related role is highly desirable,
but not essential as full training will be given.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability
to prioritize with the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and a variable
workload as required.
- Proven
analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
- Superior
customer service experience.
- Must
work well within a team.
