CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established and expanding provider of Audit, Accounting & Business Advisory services to both local and international clients, we are seeking to recruit an Auditor to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will handle audit engagements on behalf of a variety of clients operating across a wide range of industry sectors. You will either be a Partly or Fully Qualified member of a recognised accounting body (ACA/ACCA/CPA) and possess approximately 3 years of proven experience in the audit field. Strong knowledge of CaseWare Audit International is required as well as fluency in both Greek & English. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performing
audit engagements of both local and international clients.
- Preparation
of audit working papers based on ISA and financial statements based on
IFRS.
- Involvement
in client acceptance procedures and preparation of the proper KYC file.
- Communication
with clients while conducting the audit on any pending issues.
- Preparation of tax computations and tax returns.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Approximately
3 years of proven working experience in audit profession is a must.
- Partly-Qualified
or Qualified (ACCA/CPA/ACA).
- Ability
to conduct an audit and prepare a complete audit file in CaseWare is
essential.
- Strong
knowledge of CaseWare Audit International.
- Understanding
of Cyprus Tax, VAT, with the ability to form tax declarations for the
client.
- Excellence
knowledge of both English and Greek is required.
- Excellent
knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience in consolidations will be considered a significant advantage.
