Internal Accountant
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services, we are seeking to recruit an Internal Accountant to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will handle a variety of internal accounting and bookkeeping duties on behalf of the Company, including the processing of transactions in the accounting software and preparing various reconciliations. You will ideally be educated to degree level in either Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field and possess approximately 1+ year of previous experience working in a similar role. Excellent communication skills in English are essential and any experience working with either Xero and/or Esoft accounting software will be considered an advantage.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintaining
accounting and bookkeeping records for the company.
- Processing
of transactions in the accounting software (Xero & Esoft).
- Preparing
reconciliations.
- Preparing any ad-hoc reports for Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree
in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Approximately
1+ year of previous experience in a relevant role.
- Excellent
command of the English language.
- Excellent
command of MS-Office (especially Excel) is a must.
- Knowledge
of Xero and/or Esoft software will be considered an advantage.
- Good
verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
