Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive,
review and upload client documents and files in accordance with the Company’s
Client Acceptance Policy.
- Continuously
liaise with clients regarding the collection of documentation.
- Communication
with clients re the payment methods and collection of documents as a proof
of payment.
- Run
compliance checks to screen prospective clients and perform enhanced due
diligence, using the World Check software.
- Updating
client records.
- Communication
with other Company’s Department in relation to KYC matters.
- Report
on a regular basis to the Head of the Department.
- Prepare
the KYC related reports from time to time, if and when requested by the
Company.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Fluency
in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor
Degree.
- Excellent
command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as computer
literacy.
- Excellent
communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability
to work as part of the team.
- Attention
to detail and target oriented.
- Proven
experience in the field will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability
to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- CySEC
Certification will be considered as an advantage.
- Working
permit in Cyprus.
