Key
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicating
with different suppliers and providers and ensuring the office is fully
stocked.
- Collecting
documents from employees.
- Answering
telephones, making copies, scanning.
- Managing
emails, letters, packages and other forms of correspondence.
- Collecting
invoices from the suppliers and sending them to the accounting department.
- Calendar
updates of upcoming office meetings, interviews and happy hours.
- Assisting
in arranging the weekly happy hour.
- Contacting
candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Creating weekly reports for the
Management of the company.
- Communicating
with employees and Management.
- Coordinating
tasks with other departments and offices.
- Handling
queries, providing help and assistance in the office on any other matters.
Key
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ideally
educated to degree level in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency
in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Proven
experience as an office administrator within an Investment Firm will be
considered as an advantage.
- Excellent
command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as general
computer literacy.
- Excellent
organisational skills.
- Strong
attention to detail.
- Strong
work ethic and integrity of character.
- Team
player.
- Ability
to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
