CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an Arabic-Speaking Office Administrator to join their team. The successful applicant will play a key role in the smooth running of the office from an administrative perspective and will ideally be educated to degree level in Business Administration or a related field. Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential as well as fluency in Arabic & English (written and verbal).

Key Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Communicating with different suppliers and providers and ensuring the office is fully stocked.
  • Collecting documents from employees.
  • Answering telephones, making copies, scanning.
  • Managing emails, letters, packages and other forms of correspondence.
  • Collecting invoices from the suppliers and sending them to the accounting department.
  • Calendar updates of upcoming office meetings, interviews and happy hours.
  • Assisting in arranging the weekly happy hour.
  • Contacting candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Creating weekly reports for the Management of the company.
  • Communicating with employees and Management.
  • Coordinating tasks with other departments and offices.
  • Handling queries, providing help and assistance in the office on any other matters. 


Key Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator within an Investment Firm will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as general computer literacy.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity of character.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
