The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS), coordinating employee engagement events, facilitating onboarding, and supporting general HR administration tasks. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, who possess 2–4 years of experience in a relevant role, including exposure to talent acquisition, with any prior experience working in the FX industry considered a significant advantage. You should be familiar with HRIS platforms and recruitment tools, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
  • Generate HR reports as needed for internal analysis and audits.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience by preparing necessary documentation, equipment, and welcome kits.
  • Act as the point of contact for new employees during the onboarding period.
  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and corporate events.
  • Handle HR documentation such as employment letters, contracts, and policy updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a relevant role is essential.
  • Prior experience in the FX industry will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
