The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS), coordinating employee engagement events, facilitating onboarding, and supporting general HR administration tasks. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, who possess 2–4 years of experience in a relevant role, including exposure to talent acquisition, with any prior experience working in the FX industry considered a significant advantage. You should be familiar with HRIS platforms and recruitment tools, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
