The successful applicant will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, as well as managing general office administration tasks. An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar will be considered an advantage, and you will ideally possess previous experience in a similar administrative or front-desk role. You will need to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, and fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is essential. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating meeting schedules and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Handling document scanning, filing, and maintaining office records.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Supporting lawyers and staff with various administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring client confidentiality and a high standard of front-desk service.
  • Handling office supply orders and liaising with external suppliers.
  • Supporting staff with general office coordination tasks when needed.
  • Ensuring the reception and office area are well-presented at all times.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar is desirable, but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or front-desk role will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Polite, professional, and client-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
