Office Administrator
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and highly respected provider of Audit & Accounting services to both Local & International clients, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will be responsible for general office administration duties including greeting visitors, taking calls, maintaining calendars for appointments, sorting mail and any other relevant duties to assist with the smooth running of the office. You should have some previous experience within a similar administrative position and speak Greek & English fluently.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors to the office and assisting them with any queries.
  • Answering calls, transferring calls and taking messages to colleagues.
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing mail for the company.
  • Maintaining calendars and appointments of behalf of colleagues.
  • Filing, copying and sorting of company documentations.
  • Any other relevant duties to assist with the smooth running of the office.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Ideally educated in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies.
  • A minimum of 1+ year of relevant experience in Office Administration is a must.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English are a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
