CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding company specialising in the provision and ongoing maintenance of Electrical Installations across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for assisting with the organisation and ongoing monitoring of the Company’s maintenance department, ensuring clients receive a prompt and professional level of service and that any faults and/or issues as well as ongoing maintenance requests are logged and processed in an organised and effective manner. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Business Administration or similar field and possess approximately 1-3+ years of experience within a similar administration and coordination role. Any prior experience or academic background relating to the Engineering field will be considered an advantage, but not essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Organising and monitoring of the maintenance department for the Company.
  • Organising monthly preventive maintenance across various installations in Cyprus.
  • Communicate with the technicians regarding emergency calls/cases.
  • Reporting and receiving instructions from the Manager of the department.
  • Preparation of job costing and invoicing to clients under Managers’ supervision.
  • Interact and communication with other departments.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • An academic background in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of prior experience within an Administration, Customer Service and/or Coordination position is a must.
  • Any academic background or prior work experience within the Engineering field will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and work well as part of a Team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines where required.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek & English (Written & Spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
