CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ largest and most well-respected providers of Corporate & Professional Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Transfer Pricing Consultant to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Transfer Pricing Consultant, you will primarily be responsible for providing transfer pricing advisory and compliance services to clients in line with OECD Guidelines and Cyprus transfer pricing regulations. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or other closely related fields, who possess approximately 2+ years of hands-on experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a professional services or advisory firm. Holders of, or those working towards the ACA, ACCA or ADIT qualifications are encouraged to apply. Sound knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local TP regulations is essential, and fluency in English is a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Provide transfer pricing advisory and compliance services to clients in line with OECD Guidelines and Cyprus transfer pricing regulations.
  • Prepare and review Local Files, Master Files, and benchmarking analyses for clients across various industries.
  • Analyse and assess intra-group transactions, including financing arrangements, service agreements, IP licensing, and supply chain models.
  • Perform economic and functional analyses, applying appropriate transfer pricing methods.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Cyprus tax and transfer pricing legislation and advise clients proactively on potential impacts.
  • Support clients during interactions with the Tax Department in Cyprus, including audits and queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international tax and restructuring projects.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and submission of transfer pricing reports and related filings.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in global and local transfer pricing regulations and advise clients accordingly.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ADIT) will be considered an asset, but not mandatory.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a professional services or advisory firm.
  • Sound knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local (Cyprus) TP regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Greek will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking databases will be considered an advantage.
