The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for overseeing the work of the Reconciliations Accounting Team, ensuring that the output from the policy production system is reconciled to the bank, as well as overseeing the processing of transactions in the finance system. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Accounting, Finance, Economics or another closely related field, and holders of any relevant accounting qualification are encouraged to apply (ACCA/AAT/CAT). You will need to possess a minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a similar position, including demonstrable experience of leading and mentoring less experienced team members. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related fields, who possess approximately 2 + years of experience in a similar role working with big data for the reconciliation of receivables with sales invoices, including processing discrepancies and/or complex transactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, and knowledge of Greek and/or Romanian will be considered an advantage. An advanced level of Excel is needed for this role.
