As the General Manager you will primarily be responsible for directing, coordinating & growing the Non-Life Insurance Business, developing a clear strategy for optimum performance while achieving growth targets within the strategic plan, risk appetite and ESG strategy, as set by the Board of Directors. Our client is seeking an applicant who is educated to degree level in either Insurance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Banking, Accounting, Finance, Business or another relevant field who possesses approximately 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within the Non-Life insurance industry.
