Insurance Growth Specialist
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a human-centric independent insurance agency and consultancy representing some of the most respected Global and Local Insurance Companies in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Insurance Growth Specialist to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As an Insurance Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client’s social media presence, as well as planning and executing online advertising campaigns. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Media, or other closely related fields, who possess approximately 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with proven success in delivering strong organic growth, user acquisition, curating content and delivering social engagement. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, analytics, and ad managers is essential and fluency in Greek and English is a must, with any knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the social media presence
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Create engaging content for social media,
newsletters, and our website.
- Drive traffic to our platforms and increase
brand visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, ad
ROI, lead conversion) and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Identify and contact potential leads to
generate new business opportunities.
- Support the planning of marketing campaigns
and community outreach events.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Relevant studies in Advertising, Public
Relations, Digital Marketing, Media, or other closely related
fields.
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in social
media marketing with proven success in delivering strong organic growth,
user acquisition, curating content and delivering social engagement.
- Strong communication and organizational
skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and
platforms, analytics, and ad managers.
- Creative flair in writing and storytelling.
- Proactive and goal-driven approach.
- Fluency in English and Greek. Russian will be
considered an advantage.
- Experience in marketing, digital media or
business development is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Tik Tok, LinkedIn,
Instagram, and digital advertising tools.
- Basic understanding of insurance products (or
willing to learn quickly).
