As a CRM Data Analyst, you will leverage customer relationship management (CRM) data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions, enhance customer engagement, and improve marketing ROI. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field, who possess at least 2+ years of previous experience as a CRM Analyst, Marketing Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
