Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Overseeing the daily operation and organization of the warehouse, ensuring optimal space utilization.
• Coordinating order preparation through the ERP system and monitoring progress until completion.
• Managing inventory through systematic monitoring, periodic checks, and stocktaking.
• Supervising loading and unloading procedures, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Receiving incoming products and placing them correctly in the warehouse according to procedures.
• Guiding, training, and motivating warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and safety.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• High school or technical school graduate (relevant diplomas are an advantage).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for order and inventory tracking.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Ability to effectively organize and manage time and procedures.
• Good knowledge of Greek and English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the team and communicate with integrity and professionalism.
