CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most well-established Freight Forwarders, with expanding operations in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Transport Coordinator to join their growing team. As a Transport Coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for planning, organising, and coordinating daily deliveries across Cyprus with the company’s vehicles, ensuring the efficient distribution of goods to customers. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally possess previous experience in a similar position, who possess excellent customer service skills. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and be a confident user of MS Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new internal software systems and processes. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a 13th salary, and Provident Fund. Working hours are from 08:00 – 16:30 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, organise, and coordinate daily deliveries across Cyprus with the company’s vehicles.
  • Ensure timely and efficient distribution of shipments to customers.
  • Communicate with drivers and provide delivery instructions.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure all of their requirements are met.
  • Monitor routes and schedules, resolving any issues which may arise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University Degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly pick-up in-house systems.
  • Fluent in English and Greek (verbal and written).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Dynamic team player and willingness to take initiative, ensuring all customers’ needs are met.
