CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Audit, Accounting & Tax related services to a diverse portfolio of both local and international clients, we are seeking to recruit a Transfer Pricing Supervisor to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Transfer Pricing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and providing strategic guidance on intercompany transactions. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field, who possess at least 2+ years of experience in transfer pricing. Holders of, or those working towards the ACCA, ACA, and/or ADIT qualification are encouraged to apply, and fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is essential. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analyses.
  • Coordinate with finance and tax teams on intercompany pricing.
  • Monitor changes in transfer pricing laws and update practices accordingly.
  • Support audits and communicate with tax authorities when needed.
  • Train and guide junior staff on transfer pricing matters.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Holders of, or those working towards the ACCA, ACA, and/or ADIT qualification are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing within a consulting firm or industry.
  • Strong understanding of Cypriot and international transfer pricing regulations.
  • Fluency in verbal and written Greek and English.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/finance skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
