CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ largest and most well-respected providers of Corporate Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Transfer Pricing Consultant to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Transfer Pricing Consultant, you will play a key role in the development, implementation, and management of transfer pricing strategies and policies for clients. You should be a University Graduate in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, and will ideally hold some previous experience in a relevant position, although full training will be provided. Our client offers a highly attractive remuneration and benefits package which includes a 13th Salary, Provident Fund, Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, and Hybrid working options.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop sound understanding of the transfer pricing guidelines to prepare transfer pricing policy, planning reports and documentation to substantiate transfer pricing positions taken.
  • Identify and assess local and cross-border intercompany transactions, by analysing key information from the clients.
  • Conduct detailed economic and financial analyses to support transfer pricing positions.
  • Perform benchmarking studies on various industries.
  • Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including local country reports and master files, in accordance with relevant tax laws and guidelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of transfer pricing reports and related filings.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in transfer pricing regulations and advise clients accordingly.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University graduate in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Any previous experience in Transfer Pricing is desirable, although full training will be provided.
  • Solid research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in working with relevant transfer pricing software/tools will be considered an advantage.
