CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading provider of innovative architectural finishes, with offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Technical Works Coordinator to join their growing team based in Paphos. As a Technical Works Coordinator, you will work closely with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. As part of your role, you will ensure timely site supply of materials in cooperation with the warehouse, site foremen, and subcontractors, and liaise with accounting, subcontractors, and clients to cost completed tasks. Our client is seeking applicants who hold at least 2+ years of experience coordinating technical works, site supervision, or project management, who are fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Any prior knowledge of materials such as HPL, laminate, decking, wooden flooring, and/or metal structures will be considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Guarantee timely site supply in cooperation with the warehouse, site foremen, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and manage a partner network focused on technical excellence and reliability.
  • Examine studies and submit recommendations in collaboration with clients and the sales team.
  • Liaise with accounting, subcontractors, and clients to cost completed tasks.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background in the field of Engineering will be considered an advantage.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in coordinating technical works, site supervision, or project management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams (technicians, suppliers, clients).
  • Hands‑on site experience and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of materials such as HPL, laminate, decking, wooden flooring, and metal structures is desirable.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
