As a Technical Office Administrator, you will handle a mixture of administrative duties and data analysis, supporting internal teams with reporting, KPI tracking, and the day-to-day running of a busy workshop operation. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant Engineering field, who possess at least 1+ year of proven experience in a relevant technical office environment. You will need to hold strong analytical skills, including being an advanced user of MS Excel, with the ability to produce accurate reports and handle technical data. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Supporting the creation, reporting, and analysis of the department's KPIs, including ECK calculations and related queries.
  • Carrying out technical analysis of workshop consumptions to identify potential problems and developing findings into reports for the Deputy Engineering Director and Engineering Director.
  • Assisting with the preparation of the department's annual budget, including midpoint and monthly expense reports with year-to-date (YTD) comparisons.
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports on vehicle breakdowns, maintenance progress, and repairs, as well as any additional reports requested by the Deputy Engineering Director and Engineering Director.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with other departments, such as Operations and Health & Safety, to support smooth collaboration.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
  • Supporting AI and other projects as assigned, and carrying out any additional duties delegated by the Engineering Manager or Engineering Director.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a Technical Office or similar environment; experience in logistics or transport will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results oriented and problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to produce accurate reports and handle technical data.
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally within a technical environment.
