CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established engineering company that provides design and manufacturing solutions to the dairy and food industries, we are seeking to recruit a Technical Department Administrator to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Technical Department Administrator, you will focus on maintaining structured information flow, supporting project execution through administrative tasks, and preparing technical documentation including equipment manuals. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, or another related field, who possess proven experience in a relevant role. Prior experience working for an Engineering and/or Construction company is highly desirable, and excellent command of both verbal and written Greek and English is essential. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th salary, and Provident Fund.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain project information in internal project management and tracking systems.
  • Ensure project data is accurate, current, and consistently updated across systems.
  • Follow up on pending inputs and ensure required information is collected in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and send project-related emails and updates as instructed.
  • Collect technical information from engineers including drawings and technical descriptions.
  • Compile and structure equipment operation manuals.
  • Organize and structure information into clear, usable, and complete documentation.
  • Maintain visibility of project-related information within the department.
  • Maintain organized project and department records.
  • Support engineers with administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Assist in improving internal processes for documentation and communication.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or similar field is desirable.
  • Experience in project administration, coordination support, or a technical office environment.
  • Experience working in an engineering company, construction company, or project-based environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience using project management or tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation or equipment manuals is a plus.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English are essential (the role involves frequent written communication and preparation of technical documentation).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage and structure large amounts of information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
