CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded company operating in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Technical Compliance Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Technical Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with technical and system-based regulatory requirements across assigned markets. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, Finance, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field, who possess approximately 3+ years of experience in technical compliance or regulatory technology roles within online gambling. You will need to have in-depth knowledge of regulatory technical standards and certification processes, and possess experience liaising with test labs such as GLI, eCOGRA, SIQ, and BMM. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, based on skills and experience, which includes an annual incentive bonus, medical insurance, and pension scheme. Relocation support to suitable applicants based outside of Cyprus is also available.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all technical compliance matters related to assigned licences (e.g., system certifications, RNG approvals, change management).
  • Oversee submissions to regulators and test labs for certification and approval processes.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with technical standards (e.g., UKGC RTS, MGA TS, DGA/SGA requirements, GGL ISTG, etc.).
  • Liaise with test labs to resolve technical compliance issues.
  • Support internal teams with interpretation of technical requirements and integration obligations.
  • Maintain documentation and evidence for audits and regulator inspections.
  • Collaborate closely with Regulatory, Product, and Development teams to ensure full compliance across deployments.
  • Monitor and implement updates to technical standards and reporting schemas.
  • Own and manage the technical requirements for new licence launches (gap assessments, integrations, certifications, reporting set‑up).

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical compliance or regulatory technology roles within online gambling.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory technical standards and certification processes.
  • Experience liaising with test labs (e.g., GLI, eCOGRA, SIQ, BMM, etc.).
  • Proven experience leading the technical requirements for new licence launches (end‑to‑end planning and execution).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Self-starter, proactively seeking out areas of non-compliance and driving solutions.
