CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international Real Estate Investment Firm with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Tax Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. Reporting to the Tax Manager, the successful applicant will support the Tax and Transfer Pricing teams, contributing to the efficient delivery of tax compliance and reporting services in accordance with the Company’s growing group, specialised in Real Estate and Hospitality across Europe. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or another related field, with any previous experience in a similar administrative or accounting support role being considered an advantage. Basic knowledge of taxation and accounting principles is highly desirable, and fluency in both Greek and English is a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Performing data processing and data entry for the Tax Department and the Transfer Pricing (TP) Department.
  • Collecting, organising, and maintaining financial and tax data received from internal departments and external parties.
  • Preparing and updating tax working files, schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of tax computations and tax returns.
  • Supporting the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and related data files.
  • Maintaining tax and TP databases, trackers, and internal records.
  • Assisting with the preparation of information requested by auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors.
  • Supporting the Tax team with quarterly and annual tax reporting processes.
  • Monitoring deadlines and assisting in ensuring timely submissions.
  • Liaising internally with accounting, finance, and other departments to obtain required information.
  • Performing general administrative and organisational support to the Tax and Transfer Pricing teams.
  • Reporting to the Tax Manager.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or accounting support role will be considered an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of taxation and accounting principles.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Fluent in written and spoken Greek and English.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
  • Understands and appreciates time-sensitive and deadline-driven work.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
