CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a multi-asset investment platform, with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities locally, whilst also supporting general HR operations. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, who possess at least 1+ year of relevant professional experience. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates as well as internal stakeholders. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment efforts in Nicosia, from sourcing and interviewing to offer stage and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Support local hiring needs by managing recruitment reports and data.
  • Run day-to-day HR administrative tasks for the Nicosia office, including documentation, contracts, and employee file management.
  • Handle and run the site-level payroll process and ensure accuracy and timely delivery in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Ensure all HR practices in Nicosia comply with local labour laws and internal company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Serve as a point of contact for local employees on general HR-related inquiries and operational support.
  • Promote a positive candidate and employee experience throughout all interactions.
  • Stay informed about best practices in talent acquisition and local employment trends.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and handle local HR operations independently.
  • Fluency in English and Greek is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • A hands-on, self-motivated, and team-oriented professional with attention to detail.
