CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Online Media & Marketing services predominantly to the iGaming sector, we are seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process aligned with business objectives. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business, or another related field, who possess approximately 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, gained working in the Online Gambling and/or iGaming sectors. Strong knowledge of global iGaming markets, regulations, and talent trends is required, and experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including marketing, operations, compliance, tech, and product development is essential. Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of additional languages such as Greek, Russian, or Spanish will be considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, operational, and commercial roles within the online gambling sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber professionals, including direct sourcing, networking, and partnerships with industry-specific job boards.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess cultural fit, technical expertise, and industry experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure talent needs are met efficiently.
  • Maintain and enhance the employer brand through strategic employer branding initiatives.
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, focusing on regulated and emerging iGaming markets.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to measure hiring efficiency and improve the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry-specific hiring regulations.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to engage with potential candidates.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is desirable.
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the online gambling/iGaming industries.
  • Strong knowledge of global iGaming markets, regulations, and talent trends.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including marketing, operations, compliance, tech, and product development.
  • Proficiency in headhunting, networking, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools. - advantage
  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Greek, Russian, or Spanish are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
