CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC Regulated Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the successful applicant will play a key role in talent acquisition efforts, as well as handling employee training initiatives across the business. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business, Human Resources or related fields who possess approximately 3 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Any previous experience working in either the Forex, Fintech and/or Financial Services sectors is highly desirable and a very advanced level of native or near-native English will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Coordinating and conducting training sessions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Source, assess, and interview candidates to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure effective talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to our employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is desirable.
  • Relevant certifications in HR or Recruitment will be considered an advantage.
  • Approximately 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Forex, Fintech and/or Financial Services sectors.
  • Native or near-native English language proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Strong networking and candidate sourcing skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality hires.
