As a Supply Chain Officer, you will proactively manage and execute all inbound and outbound shipping activities, ensuring timely dispatch, receipt, and delivery in line with schedule requirements. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field, with working experience of approximately 1-2+ years in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, along with strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and manage all key logistics documents.
  • Proactively manage and execute all inbound and outbound shipping activities, ensuring timely dispatch, receipt, and delivery in line with schedule requirements.
  • Resolve shipping-related issues and respond promptly to errors, discrepancies, and customer complaints.
  • Provide comprehensive support in preparing and processing import/export documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and safe delivery of shipments.
  • Accurately update and manage shipping information in the ERP system in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain reports to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure end-to-end supply chain efficiency and alignment.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
  • Approximately 1-2+ years working experience in a relevant position.  
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience of ERP systems considered a plus.  
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive, trustworthy, reliable, and capable of managing time effectively in a dynamic industry.
  • Eagerness to learn with a commitment to continuous improvement.
