CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and expanding Engineering Firm that specialise in the provision of Solar, Cooling & Heating relating projects, we are seeking to recruit a Supply Chain & Inventory Officer to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Supply Chain & Inventory Officer, you will play a pivotal role ensuring operational efficiency across inventory, logistics, and planning functions. This role supports both day-to-day execution, and the overall accuracy of systems and processes, contributing to smooth operations, reliable stock control, and seamless planning support. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, who possess approximately 2+ years of experience in a relevant position. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, with sound knowledge of warehouse operations, demand planning, and logistics management. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, and working hours are from 07:00 – 16:00 or 07:30 – 16:30 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely input of all inventory movements in the system.
  • Forecasting demand and planning inventory levels to meet customer needs.
  • Ensuring proper documentation such as purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices etc...
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries, including inspection, documentation, and system updates.
  • Contacting suppliers, processing, and monitoring quotations and purchasing of inventory supplies.
  • Contacting customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues or disruption in a timely manner.
  • Entering customer and internal orders accurately and supporting order processing from start to finish.
  • Monitoring and accurately recording deliveries for reporting purposes.
  • Assisting with physical stock counts and stock-level monitoring.
  • Ensuring smooth communication and coordination between warehouse, logistics, and administration.
  • Providing administrative support for daily operational tasks, keeping records, and serving as backup in planning-related functions when needed.
  • Ensures the storage area is clean and products in order at all times.
  • Adheres to all Quality, Health & Safety, and other company procedures.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is desirable.
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in a relevant position.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing suppliers and optimizing supply chain operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, demand planning, and logistics management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both verbal and written.
