As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative social media strategies, increasing brand engagement, and supporting business objectives across multiple regions. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, who possess approximately 2+ years of experience in social media management, with any specific exposure to either the Forex and/or Financial Services sectors considered an advantage. Fluency in both verbal and written English to a professional level is a must, along with demonstrated success in growing and scaling social media campaigns. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute the company’s global social media strategy.
  • Align regional social media strategies with the company overall brand vision and business goals.
  • Understand target audiences by region and tailor content accordingly.
  • Monitor and leverage the latest social media trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Research and implement new social media initiatives to increase brand awareness.
  • Create, publish, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Stay updated on platform features and best practices to maximize performance.
  • Ensure all content complies with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to provide clear briefs and direction.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, New Media, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Experience managing social media strategy for a global or large-scale brand.
  • Demonstrated success in growing and scaling social media campaigns.
  • Experience in the Forex or Financial Services industry is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Any knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.  
  • Strong work ethic with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
